Based on the outskirts of Stokesley, we provide a Compassionate, Caring and Individual Pet Cremation service across Teesside and North Yorkshire.
Choosing the right moment to put your much-loved pet to sleep is a very personal and difficult decision. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the emotions involved. Once the decision has been made, contact us beforehand and we can arrange to collect your pet from the vets shortly after they are put to sleep, where your pet will be cared for with dignity and care prior to cremation.
If your pet passes away at home contact us and we will be there as soon as possible to collect your pet.
We are independent of all veterinary practices and your vet may not automatically contact us when your beloved pet passes away. Therefore, it’s important you make your wishes clear to your vet if you want us to take care of your pet with the utmost dignity and respect - giving them the final goodbye they deserve.
All our cremations are completely individual, so you can have total peace of mind that ashes you receive back are solely those of your beloved pet.
We aim to return pets ashes within 48 hours of receiving your pet.
Home
If your pet dies at home, we can collect them and arrange an Individual Cremation at our Stokesley Crematorium, We will then return your pets ashes to your home, as long as its within a 20 mile radius of our Stokesley Crematorium. Alternatively, you are very welcome to collect them in person.
Veterinary practice
If you decide to take your pet to your veterinary practice, call us prior to the visit or ask your vet to call us to pick up your pet. We will then deliver the ashes back to your veterinary practice or you are very welcome to collect them from our Stokesley Crematorium.
*Please note - make your wishes clear with your vet, they may make alternative arrangements if they are unsure.
Bring your pet to us
You can bring your pet to us personally at our Stokesley Crematorium by appointment, which is easily accessible with plenty of free parking. We will then return your pets ashes to your home, as long as its within a 30 mile radius of our Stokesley Crematorium or you are very welcome to collect them in person from our Stokesley Crematorium.

Our premises, machinery and procedures comply with industry standard best practice and we are fully licensed with the Animal and Plant Health Agency who are part of Defra.
Our premises are regularly inspected by Defra and North Yorkshire Council, ensuring our standards are outstanding at all times.
