 If your pet passes away outside of our opening hours, please don’t panic or feel that you need to contact an out-of-hours vet straight away.

The very best place for your pet is at home with you until we can assist. You may wish to lay them in their own bed or on a blanket in the coolest room of the house, with a window slightly open if possible.

If you call outside of our opening hours and we’re unable to answer, please don’t worry. You’re very welcome to send us a message and we will respond as soon as we can.

If there is anything we can do to help or guide you, we absolutely will.
